 President Serzh Sargsyan suggested the Prime Minister to find ways to mitigate the impact of increased electricity tariffs for vulnerable households. To address the issue, the Prime Minister instructed the Ministers of Finance, Economy, Labor and Social Affairs to develop a draft government decree in order to increase the amount of family allowances for about 105,000 vulnerable households in Armenia. The draft government decree must be available for discussion at this July 3 Cabinet meeting.
