By the initiative of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan the project of a draft decision was included in the Council of Elders according to which it is planned to prolong the time for free car parking from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. Thus, all drivers including taxi-drivers will be given the possibility to park their cars free for three times more time. The same draft simultaneously provides for to expand the forms of payment for car parking fees on spot through corresponding terminals.
