In accordance with the tradition, this is the seventh year running the “Andranik Margaryan” company has organized an event dedicated to the birthday of the RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan in “Narekatsi” art center. This time the event dedicated to his 63th birthday started with the video describing the life and the activity of the public official. The members of the family of the Prime Minister, representatives of the Municipality of Yerevan staff, state and political figures and numerous townspeople were present at the memorial evening. Andranik Margaryan’s relatives shared memories about him and stressed that event had become another occasion to speak about a big patriot, a person of national and state mentality for whom the Armenian land was very important. Those present also noted that the younger generation should learn a lot from the big devotee to his homeland, a man who had always been full of patriotism and proved it throughout his life. During the event the lines by Andranik Margaryan which were chosen as a motto for this year were read: “ The people which can remember and honour its ancestors will live forever”.
The representatives of “Narekatsi” center presented souvenirs to the members of the family of the distinguished Prime Minister.
