 Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received Acting Rector of the Armenian State Engineering University Hovhannes Tokmajyan, University Professor Vladimir Movsisyan and Adviser to University Rector Murad Muradyan. The meeting was also attended by Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan.

Thanking the Prime Minister for audience, Hovhannes Tokmajyan introduced the University’s problems and development projects. The University Rector praised the recent reforms in the education sector and expressed confidence that they will be continued.

Highlighting the role of education, Hovik Abrahamyan stressed that the government is going to back any initiative aimed at providing progress in education. The Prime Minister emphasized that the training of skilled specialists will be the focus of his government. The parties went on to discuss a number of ASEU-related issues.
