 Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan hosted the People's Artist of Georgia, singer, film director and scenario writer, actor Vakhtang Kikabidze. Congratulating the artist with the 75th jubilee the Mayor wished him creative success for the sake of strengthening the friendship between Armenian and Georgian peoples. «we highly appreciate your creative work and your contribution to the centuries-old friendship between Armenian and Georgian nations. We are happy to welcome you in Yerevan, be sure that the doors of our city are always open for you», stressed Taron Margaryan. Within the scope of the meeting Taron Margaryan awarded Vakhtang Kikabidze with the God medal of the Mayor of Yerevan for his significant contribution to the issue of strengthening the Armenian-Georgian relationship and centuries-old friendship as well as on the event of the 75th jubilee of the actor.
Having thanked the Mayor for warm reception and high appreciation Vakhtang Kikabidze in his turn assured that he will go on doing his best for the development of the Armenian-Georgian relations. He also expressed gratitude to the Armenian people for their love to his art.
