 On May 29 at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Protection of Human Rights and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs , moderated by the Committee Chairs Elinar Vardanyan and Gagik Minasyan, the annual report “On the State Budget Execution for 2013,” the financial revenues allocated to the Staff of the RA Human Rights Defender and the performance of the expenditures was debated.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan presented the expenditures of the abovementioned body during the financial year.

The RA Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan touched upon the implemented programmes and the financial means. According to him, the applicants have been active in Lori, Syunik and Shirak marzes.

At the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Foreign Relations and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs , which moderated Alexander Arzumanyan and Gagik Minasyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Relations Sergey Manasaryan presented the performance of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the payments of accession to the international organizations.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan informed the attendees about the financial allocations to the Foreign Ministry.

The Deputy Foreign Minister noted that during the financial year the Ministry had continued its multi-functional work in different directions. Sergey Manasaryan touched upon the NK problem, the events aimed at the 100th centenary of the Armenian Genocide, the federal relations with Russia, the works jointly implemented with the Eurasian Economic Commission, Armenia-EU active cooperation. The Deputy Foreign Minister has noted that the Ministry continues to strengthen the good neighbourly relations with Georgia and Iran. Sergey Manasaryan has informed those present the Embassy of Iraq has been opened in Armenia, the RA Embassies have been opened in Mexico, Indonesia, Vietnam and Sweden.

At the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on European Integration and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs , which moderated Naira Zohrabyan and Gagik Minasyan, the deputies debated the report of the performance on the revenues and expenditures designed for the European integration.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Relations Karen Nazaryan presented the expenditures and programmes implemented in the European integration.

The speakers also answered to the questions concerning the deputies.
