Tigran Sargsyan Meets European Parliament, European Commission Representatives In Brussels

RPA Vice President, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan is in Belgian capital, Brussels to attend the Summit of the European People’s Party (EPP).
The Prime Minister met today with several representatives of the European Parliament, European Commission’s Office of External Affairs, other European and international organizations, as well as non-governmental organizations at the headquarters of the European Friends of Armenia NGO. The Prime Minister answered questions of interest to the audience.
In the context of EU-Armenia relationship, Tigran Sargsyan reiterated the political stance of the Armenian authorities, which states that in its external relations, Armenia is abiding by a doctrine aimed at balanced improvement of relations with all partners, not at the expense of one another.
Tigran Sargsyan noted that the “either-or” principle is unacceptable to Armenia, and the most acceptable approach is to build relationship on the principle of complementarities.
Later today, RPA Vice President, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan will attend the EPP Summit.
