 On the event of the 149th anniversary of Commander Andranik Ozanyan's birthday Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan and the RA Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan accompanied by the First Deputy Mayor Kamo Areyan, deputy mayors, leaders of the administrative districts of the capital and other officials of the Municipality and top officers visited the Pantheon of Yerablur to render the tribute of respect to the memory of Commander. The clergymen of the Armenian Apostolic church served the requiem mass for the Commander and all those who sacrificed their lives in the struggle for Armenian national deliberation.
Mayor Taron Margaryan and the RA Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan also put flowers at the graves of Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan, the founder of the Republican party of Armenia Ashot Navasardyan and at the memorial of Unknown Soldier.
Then Mayor Taron Margaryan visited the museum of Andranik Ozanyan and attended the event dedicated to the great Commander.
