The address of the Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan on the event of the New Year and Christmas holidays
30.12.2013
Dear compatriots, dear residents of Yerevan
I wish everybody a happy New Year and Merry Christmas.
Everyone certainly awaits the New Year with peculiar love and warmth. We await it with the expectation that in the New Year all our dreams we have at the bottom of our heart will come true. And God grant, all our kind wishes, hopes and expectations will come true.
It is common at the threshold of a new year to cast back a glance to the passing year, to summarize what has been done and make up new plans for the next year. We can surely say, that our beloved Yerevan finishes the current year with achievements in different spheres of urban economy. All the annual programs directed at ensuring convenience of the capital and its population have been realized successfully due to coordinated and effective work. And your contribution, dear residents of Yerevan, is really great in this issue, as everything has been realized due to your trust and devotion as wellas your support and often your direct participation.
And I am sure that with the same confidence and devotion we will go on working in 2014 and in all other years to come so that we could have the clean, safe, comfortable and better Yrevan we have been dreaming about.
Yerevan is our common home, our family where numerous children of Armenia address their best wishes and I join them heartily.
Let the New Year bring happiness, love and peace to everybody. Let all the hardships and problems remain in the passing year and all of us full of new energy and the feeling of confidence in ourselves enter the New Year. Let the year of 2014 bring peace and welfare to our country and our families.
Dear compatriots, dear residents of Yerevan, dear guests of the capital.
Once again I wish you a Happy New Year and Merry Christmas. I wish you health, success in all initiatives and endless love and happiness in your families.
