 To make the ties between the city authorities and the residents more effective the residents are given the opportunity to get the answers to the issues concerning them personally from the heads of the administrative districts and the heads of the departments of the Municipality staff in accordance with the working schedule made up by the instruction of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan.
In September 177 citizens took part in the receptions in the City Hall of Yerevan. All the issues raised by them got positive solutions.
474 citizens took part in the receptions organized in the staffs of the administrative districts within the same period: 340 issues raised by the citizens got positive solutions, 55 are being proceeded under the supervision of the heads of the administrative districts.
