 The issues related to the process of meeting the requirements of the decision of the Council of Elders of Yerevan "On confirmation of the order of obligatory improvement of the real estate situated within the administrative border of Yerevan and the public areas surrounding them" were discussed during the conference with the heads of corresponding departments of the Municipality and the heads of the administrative districts.
The First Deputy Mayor Kamo Areyan presenting the requirements of law regarding keeping the rules of obligatory improvement and the actions taken by the Municipality by the order determined by the Council of Elders on this base, said that the economy entities are to be notified once again in written form about their obligations to improve and landscape the surrounding areas, attaching to the notifications the scheme of the area subjected to improvement.
"This process should be long –lasting and under permanent control. Each entity which develops economical activities in the capital must realize that application of the decision of the Council of Elders is obligatory for everyone", said Kamo Areyan adding that notifications on behalf of Mayor Taron Margaryan had been also sent to governmental and non-governmental structures.
The First Deputy Mayor also said that the notifications about the improvement activities determined by the Council's decision for winter months will be prepared and their distribution will be fulfilled in autumn.
