 Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan was present at the festive event called «The first lesson» organized by the initiative of Kentron district in the park of Children's Railway.
The organizers of the event held the second year running cared for all the pupils of the first form living in the district spent their first day of the school year in a special atmosphere.
Those children who love painting were given easels and each of them painted his inner life on them. Children's groups greeted everybody with their performances, heroes of fairytales and cartoons also participated in the event full of surprises.
To make the children's festival complete the organizers made all the playing attractions free of charge for that evening.
Mayor Taron Margaryan accompanied by Deputy Mayor Aram Sukiasyan and the head of Kentron district Ara Sadoyan walked about the park, talked with children and their parents, familiarized themselves with children's works. Taking the opportunity the Mayor once again congratulated little schoolchildren on the event of the Day of Knowledge.
