 An action dedicated to the International Day of Children's Rights Defence was organized in Children's park in Yerevan. The pupils of the senior groups of municipality subordinated kindergartens who were included in teams of the administrative districts after winning the district stage, participated in the event.
The sport event included tug of war, relay-race, long jumps, as well as strength exercises.
All the children participated in the event got presents and participation certificates; the organizers need the results only for analysis.
The head of the Division of Sport and Youth Affairs of the Municipality Yuri Mamikonyan said that the aim of such actions is to reveal the children with good sport abilities from an early age.
The organizers called the action a sport and concert celebration and it ended with a concert program. By the way, this action has become traditional and it has been held for the 8th time.
