President Serzh Sargsyan received the President of the International Union of Judicial Officers (IUJO) Leo Netten

President Serzh Sargsyan received today the President of the International Union of Judicial Officers Leo Netten who has arrived to Armenia to participate in the events dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the RA Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (JACES).
The President of Armenia expressed confidence that the visit of Mr. Netten to our country will enforce relations between the IUJO and JACES and enhance further development of cooperation. Noting that through its longtime activities, the IUJO has acquired profound experience and expertise, Serzh Sargsyan stressed the importance of experience exchange and of the Union’s efforts to assist in the professional retraining of the cadre. The President of Armenia noted that Armenia has been implementing consistent reforms in different areas, including the legal area, and with this regard is interested in the works of the International Union of Judicial Officers and the study of the best practices in the European compulsory enforcement structure.
The President of the International Union of Judicial Officers Leo Netten thanked President Sargsyan for hospitality and high assessment of the Union’s work. Noting that in his opinion the RA Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service in a short period of time has achieved certain results, Len Netten expressed readiness to continue cooperation with the Service and if needed to assist it on all professional issues.
