During the regular working conference taken place in the City Hall it was reported that within the action of free medical aid for women who had been registered beforehand is still going on: more than 1900 women with heart problems were examined, 198 women with eyesight problems and 68 women with gynecological problems were operated on.
It was instructed to pay attention to keeping the external look of the buildings and constructions in parallel with obligatory improvement of the surrounding areas. Regarding the entities which fulfill their obligatory improvement activities with defects it was instructed to re-consider their contracts if necessary.
It was reported that the previous week another 7 tenders for route servicing were held, 5 of which were bus routes and 2 ones were mini-bus routes. It was instructed to go on close control over keeping the public transport movement schedule especially in evening hours.
Regarding asphalting and building and improvement activities provided by the Municipality programs, it was instructed to pay consistent systematic attention both to the quality of work and to the fixed schedule. Simultaneously, it was instructed to see to it that the defects revealed in the work done the previous year were eliminated in time.
It was reported that placement of another 200 notice-boards provided for all the administrative districts of the capital had been over. Placement of advertisement boards at the porches of blocks of flats had been mainly over, too.
All the structures developing building activities in the capital were instructed to place appropriate notice-boards informing about the activities and those who implement the project at the building sites.
It was instructed to keep at focus uninterrupted 24-hour work of drinking water fountains.
It was reported that during the previous week 284 phone calls had been received by the hot line of the Municipality. 232 of the raised issues got corresponding solutions, the rest ones are being processed. The reception of citizens was also accomplished in accordance with the fixed timetable.
