At February 20 sitting the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Vardan Ayvazyan debated the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Tourism and Tourism Activity” and “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty” presented in the second reading.

The key reporter, the RA Deputy Minister of Economy Ara Petrosyan said that up to the second reading the RA Government had made specifications in the article concerning the obligations of the organizations fulfilling tourism activity.

The Committee endorsed the debated package of bills.

By the proposal of the RA Government the Committee postponed the debate of the draft law “On Transfer Pricing.”

At the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport convened on the same day, moderated by Artak Davtyan the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law “On Preservation and Use of the Immovable Monuments of History and Culture and Historical Environment” and “On Amending the RA Law on Local Referendum” was included in the agenda, and its debate was postponed up to one year by the Committee’s decision.
