On February 1 the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the RA National Assembly moderated by Davit Harutyunyan debated and endorsed a number of bills for including them in the draft laws of the NA session, as well as of the upcoming four-day sittings agenda.

The RA Deputy of the General Prosecutor Mnatsakan Sargsyan submitted for debate the package of bills “On Amending the RA Criminal Code” and in a group of other laws.

The RA Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan proposed for the deputies’ debate the bill “On Justice Academy” and the enclosed legislative package, the bills “On Amending the RA Law on Prosecutor’s Office” and “On Amending the RA Law on Special Examination Service.”

The Deputy Head of the RA Police Artur Osikyan submitted for debate the bill “On Amending the Label of the Public Services.”

The debate of a series of bills included in the agenda of the Committee sitting was postponed by the authors’ proposal.
