On September 7 at the sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committee on Defense, National Security the issue of approving the Rules of Procedure of the committee was debated under Koryun Nahapetyan’s chairmanship.

The Committee debated and approved the Rules of Procedure of its activities.

At the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs presided over by Vardan Ayvazyan the bill “On Recognizing Not Valid the RA Law on Free Privatization of the Apartments of the State Housing Fund.”

The Committee debated and also endorsed the draft law “On Approving the 2011 Annual Report of the 2006-2007 Programme Implementation of the State Property Privatization.”

The Committee found expedient to debate a number of laws in the next reading, and inexpedient to debate some of other laws.

The Committee also approved its Rules of Procedure.

The NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Davit Harutyunyan debated the bill “On Amending the RA Law Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” authored by the deputies Davit Harutyunyan and Hovik Abrahamyan and endorsed it.

The RA Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan presented for debate the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Bankruptcy and on Public Bargaining.”

The Committee debated the bill “On Amending the RA Criminal Code” and “On State and Official Secret” presented by Arpine Hovhannisyan.

The Committee debated and endorsed the bill “On Amending the RA Administrative Procedure Code.”

The NA Standing Committee on Territorial Management and Local Self-Government presided over Stepan Margaryan debated and endorsed a package of bills, which will be included in the draft agenda of the NA autumn and upcoming four-day sittings.

The NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs presided over by Gagik Minasyan debated and approved the Rules of Procedure of the committee.

The Committee also approved the summary of the annual report “On RA 2011 State Budget Execution.”

At September 7 sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Agriculture and Environment presided over by Tachat Vardapetyan draft laws transferred from the parliament of the previous convocation and new drafts laws.

The deputies Vahagn Makhsudyan and Khachik Harutyunyan have put into circulation the bill “On Amending the Law on Lake Sevan.”

The Committee approved the scheduled of the citizens’ reception during the autumn session.
