The newly appointed Ambassador of Argentine to the Republic of Armenia presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan

Today, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Argentine to the Republic of Armenia Diego Ernesto Alvares Rivera presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan.
The President of Armenia stressed the important role of Argentinean resident Ambassador in the development of the Armenian-Argentinean ties which are based on the friendly relations of the two nations.
Serzh Sargsyan and the Ambassador of Argentine underscored that despite the geographical distance, relations between Armenia and Argentine have always been especially warm. The parties stressed the role of the Armenian community of Argentine in the strengthening the relations between the two countries.
President Sargsyan and Ambassador Alvares Rivera noted with satisfaction mutual assistance and cooperation based on shared trust carried out by the two states in the framework of international organizations.
The Ambassador of Argentine assured that during his tenure he would spare no effort to move the bilateral relations forward in every area and to further strengthen the relations between Armenia and Argentine.
