On the event of the 20th anniversary of Shushi liberation Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan hosted the veterans of Artsakh war.Congratulating them on May victories and especially on the 20th anniversary of Shushi liberation Taron Margaryan particularly said, "Artsakh war once again proved that there is nothing more valuable for us, Armenians, than our country and our land for which we are always ready to stand up and protect it even at the cost of our lives from the enemy. And due to it we have beaten the enemy proving once again that any weapon or army is powerless against the will and unity of the Armenians. And the Shushi liberation actually became the beginning of the victory in Artsakh war, it proved that there are no unapproachable heights for the Armenian martial thought and spirit. Congratulating once again all of us on Shushi liberation and May victories let me assure you that you feat could be never forgotten. And I both as the Mayor of Yerevan and as Taron Margaryan personally within the limits of my possibilities and powers will go on supporting both you and the families of your fallen brothers".Expressing gratitude to Taron Margaryan for warm reception on behalf of the land defenders the hero of Artsakh war, the elaborator and leader of Shishi liberation activity legendary Commandos – Major-General Arkady Tadevosyan said that the initiative of the Mayor is a fine opportunity to meet martial friends again, to share their common happy and sad memories of the war."Believe us that there is no greater appreciation for us who had done our duty towards our Homeland with honour than the fact that our friends are remembered and honoured. I am sincerely grateful to all those who don’t forget our fallen friends at the cost of whose lives our victory became possible. Eternal glory to them", said Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan.Then Mayor Taron Margaryan had a talk with azatamartiks in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
