Chaured by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, the North-South Road Corridor Investment Program Governing Council met at the Office of Government.

North-South Road Corridor Investment Program SNCO Executive Director Ara Hovsepyan reported on the contracts to be signed with the contractor of Ashtarak-Talin, Yerevan-Ararat and Yerevan-Ashtarak road reconstruction and improvement works, as well as with project management consultant.

He presented the details of the ongoing talks and the agreements already reached. Approving the aforementioned contracts, the Council charged the Ministry of Transport and Communications to sign relevant arrangements with Corsan Corviam Construccion SA, Safezh (France ) and Eptisa (Spain) companies and submit for the government’s approval.

The meeting next discussed the question of having a 3-D video clip filmed on the North-South Road Corridor Investment Program. The Council ordered the North-South Road Corridor Investment Program SNCO to sign a contract with the “3-D Simulation Training Center LTD under which the latter will first make a 60 second-long video clip. Afterwards bids will be incited for the shooting of a 7-10 minute-long 3-D film.
