ArmBookExpo Kicks Off In Yerevan

On April 21, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan attended a jubilee event held at Cafesjian Arts Center on the sidelines of “500th Anniversary of Armenian Typography” and “Yerevan World Book Capital – 2012.” projects. ArmBookExpo international exhibition features some 1800 books published in 40 countries relating to Armenia and Armenians.
The exhibits will subsequently be forwarded to Armenia’s national library to build up a unique literary collection relating to Armenia and Armenians.
The project is co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture, the National Publishers Association and Cafesjian Arts Center.
