Work and social activity
2002 – Awarded a title of Lieutenant of Medical Services (reserved officer).
2003 - 2005 - Chair of the YSMU Student Parliament.
2005 - 2007 - Aide to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
Since 2005 - Chair of the RPA Youth Organization.
Since 2010 - Coordinator of the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Youth Foundation.
Since 2011 - Member of the RPA Executive Body.
2007 - 2012 - Deputy of the National Assembly (proportional electoral system, RPA.)
June 19, 2007 - May 31, 2012 - Member of the Standing Committee on Health Care, Maternity and Childhood of the National Assembly.
2009 - 2012 - Head of the Armenian Delegation to NATO Parliamentary Assembly. Member of RPA faction. Member of the RPA Council.
Awarded Golden Medals, dedicated to 70th and 75th anniversary of YSMU (2001 and 2006).
Awarded the RA Prime Minister’s Medal (2006).
Awarded Golden Medals of Armenian Agrarian University and Mayor of Yerevan.
May 12, 2012 - Elected Deputy by the proportional electoral system from the Republican Party of Armenia.
Since 2014 – Head of the Armenia-Serbia Parliamentary Friendship Group.
Author of numerous scientific articles and a text book.
Married, with two children.
