President takes part in diploma award ceremony of Pedagogical University’s alumni
Today, President Serzh Sargsyan took part in the diploma awarding ceremony of the alumni of the Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovian. The diplomas were awarded for the 2013-2014 academic year. President Serzh Sargsyan suggested the Prime Minister to find ways to mitigate the impact of increased electricity tariffs for vulnerable households. To address the issue, the Prime Minister instructed the Ministers of Finance, Economy, Labor and Social Affairs to develop a draft government decree in order to increase the amount of family allowances for about 105,000 vulnerable households in Armenia.
