President Serzh Sargsyan today received the delegation of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) headed by Secretary-General Scott Teare. Today in Moscow, President Serzh Sargsyan took part in the festive events dedicated to the 70th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
