  Today, in Paris President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the 21st Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.  The President of Armenia, Commander-in-Chief Serzh Sargsyan today left for a working visit to the defense positions at the north-eastern border area of the Republic of Armenia.
