President Serzh Sragsyan received today a delegation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) headed by the President of EBRD Suma Chakrabarti. President Serzh Sargsyan received today the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Philippe Lefort.
