President Serzh Sargsyan, who is in the Russian Federation on a working visit met today in Moscow with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Before the negotiations with his counterpart, President Serzh Sargsyan in his opening remarks first expressed gratitude to Vladimir Putin for the invitation and noted that that are many issues to be discussed.
