The Third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan is at the Republic Square and on the Armenian Genocide Victims Commemoration Day along with thousands of participants will march in the torch procession to the Tsitsernak Memorial to pay tribute to the memory of the victims, to reiterate his resolve to defend the fortress of the Armenian statehood at this critical for Armenia and Artsakh juncture.
