The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan who is presently in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) on a working visit is participating in the festive events dedicated to the 69th anniversary of Victory Day, as well as to the 22th anniversary of the NKR defense army and the liberation of Shushi.
