Serzh Sargsyan started his pre-election campaign in Kotayq region from the city of Yeghvard where he spoke about the importance of creating favorable conditions for life in bordering villages, as well as increasing agriculture efficiency having great potential in our country. “There is no developed agriculture without well-provided villages. “Secure Armenia” implies well-provided villages and effective agriculture,” underlined Serzh Sargsyan.
According to the presidential candidate they would continue works in the direction of development and enlargement of infrastructures, construction of new water-lines, reservoirs, and installation of anti-hail stations in more communities.
At the meetings with voters in Charentsavan, Abovyan communities Serzh Sargsyan spoke about job opportunities of those former industrial cities’ residents. “We formulate an industry of a new quality. The core of the industry will be spheres using competitive technologies. Our industrial policy has already entered a new and active stage. We will ensure favorable conditions for producers and exporters in external markets. We hold and will hold a policy of involving foreign investors, as well as a policy of improving business environment,” underlined the presidential candidate.
Serzh Sargsyan also held a pre-election meeting in the city of Sevan in Gegharkunik region. He presented his pre-election program to the residents of Sevan. Serzh Sargsyan particularly touched upon the problems of Lake Sevan, as well as the fish-breeding pilot program which had been presented to him by specialists several days ago.
Within the frameworks of the pre-election campaign presidential candidate visited the greenhouse of “Mavas” Company in Dzoraghbyur, got familiarized with everyday works of the company, developing programs. He attended the opening ceremony of the newly-repaired kindergarten in Sevan.
