At the meeting with voters in Tavush region presidential candidate Serzh Sargsyan highlighted the important role of the national army, soldiers, defense structures, armaments, as well as fighting spirit of border regions’ people, their wish to live and create. “We will continue to strengthen the fighting capacity of our army, we will continue to strengthen our borders, because the most important problem of our nation is the security,” said Serzh Sargsyan.
Touching upon the problems of rural communities the presidential candidate noted that he had been in various regions of the Republic of Armenia, including numerous villages of Tavush region, had spoken to people and was well-informed about their wishes and problems.
At the meetings with rural communities’ voters Serzh Sargsyan spoke about the importance of achieving prosperity by means of agriculture, cultivation underlining that it’s possible to overcome all the existing problems jointly. He highlighted the improvement and enlargement of infrastructures to create effective agriculture and prosperous villages.
The presidential candidate touched upon the problems and solutions of border villages in Movses, Verin Karmir Aghbyur, Noyemberyan, Koghb communities of Tavush region, where he visited to present his pre-election program.
