1985-1999 – Yerevan Institute of National Economy, Engineer-economist.
1990-1996 – Financial Department, Executive Committee of the RA Artashat Regional Council, Economist.
1996-1998 – Adviser to the Marzpet of Ararat on Territorial Administration issues.
1998-2010 - Ararat Regional Administration, Head of the Department on Coordination of services of the local self-government and republican executive bodies.
2010-2014 – Ararat Regional Administration, Head of Staff.
Since 2014 – Deputy Marzpet of Ararat Marz.
Served in the Army.
First Rank Adviser of the Civil Service of the Republic of Armenia.
Married, with two sons.
