 On the instruction of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan strict control is going on over the processes of prevention of illegal building and land occupation and elimination of their consequences. Corresponding administrative reports are drawn up regarding the revealed violations. This was reported during the current working conference. It was also reported that special attention is paid over keeping environmental conditions during the organization of building sites and the process of construction itself. The conference was conducted by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Kamo Areyan who conveying the directive of the Mayor said that they must go on the control and ensure appropriate conditions.
It was also reported that the construction of the new highway connecting Leningradyan street to Isakov avenue and of the motorway connecting Ulnetsi and Rubinyats streets is going on in accordance with the determined schedule.The head of the Department of Building and Improvement reported that repairing of overpasses and the clean-up following it had already been over.
During the conference it was informed that "Yerevan Jur" company carries out reconstruction of the systems of sewage and waste water discharge in Noragyugh quarter to eliminate the emergency situation in the mentioned systems. It was instructed to set tight control so as to exclude illegal attempts of residents to connect the sewage system to waste water discharge system.
Referring to the process of privatization of flats by the residents of the hostel building N 68 in the 6th street in Vardashen quarter by the initiative of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, the head of the Department of Real Estate Management reported that the work is being proceses and in the nearest future it will be completed.
Regarding the activities obligatory improvement of real estate and the public areas adjacent to them it was reported that necessary actions are being taken. The economy entities are notified once again in written form about their obligations to improve and landscape the areas surrounding their objects attaching the schemes of the areas subjected to improvement.
Referring to the activities carried out to exclude illegal money collection in the paid car parks functioning in the capital, it was instructed on the Mayor’s behalf to strengthen the control set jointly with the Road police and go on taking corresponding actions.

Regarding the process of admitting pupils in general education schools the head of the Department of General Education reported that in 2013-2014 school year 11 thousand 689 pupils have been admitted to the first forms of basic school as compared with 10 thousand 769 pupils admitted the previous year.
The head of the Division of Sport and Youth Affairs reported that in the 3rd quarter of the year sport events will be completed at the cycling track of Yerevan with a large-scale event. The results of the traditional citywide yard festival "A healthy generation-protected homeland" had been summarized according to which the administrative district of Malatia Sebastia had been recognized the winner for the 4th year running.
