Born on February 27, 1977 in Yerevan.
1994 – Graduated from Armenian National Lycée after Anania Shirakatsi.
1999- Graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Yerevan State University.
1999-2000 – Elected Chairman of the Student Council of Yerevan State University.
2002 – Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Armenian Agricultural Academy.
2002-2003 - Worked as a Leading Specialist in the Department of Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
2003-2009 – Worked as a Director of the “Centre for Organizing Youth Events” SCNO.
2009 – Appointed Head of Avan Administrative District.
Candidate of Economic Sciences and the author of numerous scientific articles (published both in Armenia and abroad).
He has begun his socio-political activity since 1996. Awarded a number of Diplomas, Letters of Thanks and Medals.
Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
Married with two children.
