Born on 18 March, 1967, Yerevan
Graduated from Yerevan State Institute of National Economy.
Postgraduate study in Yerevan State Institute of National Economy.
1985-1987 - Military service in the Soviet Army.
1994 Scientific thesis on «Tseghakron» and «Taronakan» movements,Yerevan State University, Department of the Armenian History.
Since July 17, 1993 - Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
1993-1997 Member of RPA Council. Editor of RPA official newspaper «Hanrapetakan» and «Azgaynakan» almanac.
1999 - Lecturer at the Officers School of the Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Special course on «Introduction of the National Ideology».
2000-2002 - Editor of «Dardz» magazine and «Nationalist mind» series within the framework of the Nationalist Society.
2003 Re-elected a member of RPA Board.
2003-2012 - Editor of «Hanrapetakan» periodical.
Since December, 2005 - RPA Vice-President for Ideological issues.
18 March, 2012 - Reappointed RPA Vice-President.
15 December, 2012 (RPA 14th Extraordinary Congress) - Re-elected a member of RPA Executive Body, Chairman of RPA Ideological Commission.
24 May, 2014 (RPA 15th Congress) - Re-elected a member of RPA Executive Body, Chairman of RPA Ideological Commission.
26 November, 2016 (RPA 16th Congress) - Re-elected a member of RPA Executive Body, Chairman of RPA Ideological Commission.
Author of two monographs:
“Tseghakron and Taronakan movements” 2011 Yerevan.
“The Issues of National Ideology” 2008 Yerevan.
Awarded with «Garegin Nzhdeh» Medal of the RA Ministry of Defence (2003) and Commemorative Medal of the RA Prime Minister (2006).
Married, with two children.
