Born on 8 November 1971, Yerevan.

1988 - graduated from Yerevan secondary school № 70.

1999 - graduated from Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Construction, Faculty of Industrial and Civil Construction.

1994-2004 - founder and director of "Diamed" LLC.

2007-2009 - deputy head of Arabkir administrative district.

2004 – present - founder and chairman of "Jerm MAS" LLC.

Since 1997 - member of the Republican Party of Armenia.

Since 2007 - deputy chairman of RPA Arabkir territorial organization Council.

2009 - elected to the City Council of Elders.

12 July 2011 - chairman of RPA Arabkir territorial organization Council, member of RPA Council.
