In 1997 - graduated from the Gyumri College “Balaton”, was awarded a gold medal. 

In 2002 - graduated with honors the Gyumri branch of the ASEU.

In 2007 - graduated the Institute of Management and Economic Reforms of the DSPM under the Government of RA.

Is a candidate of economic sciences.

 

 

In 2004-2016 worked as a lecturer at the Gyumri branch of the ASEU. 

In 2014-2018 worked in the Gyumri branch of the ASEU as a deputy director. 

 

 

In 2013 he was awarded a souvenir (watch) by the RPA Chairman. 

In 2014, he was awarded a diploma of the Chairman of the RPA. 

In 2011-2012 - Founding Chairman of N. 4th p/o of MO “Gyumri-1”, chairman of the youth organization of RO “Gyumri-1”. 

 

In 2012-2019 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of the RO “Gyumri-1”, member of the Council of the Shirak MO RPA. 

In 2014-2019 - Advisor to the Chairman of the Council of Shirak MO RPA.

 

Since January 24, 2022, he was a member of the RPA Council.
