For 2011-2012 served in the Border Guard Troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.

 

 

In 2005 he left with honors Gyumri Secondary School No. 10.

In 2009 he graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law, with a bachelor's degree.

 

In 2011 he graduated with honors from the Master's program of the Scientific and Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia with a degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2017he graduated from “AndranikMargaryan” political school of the Republican Party of Armenia.

 

 

In 2014 he worked at Shirak Regional Customs of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, holding the position of a customs inspector-lawyer of the collections systematization department.

2015-2016 worked at Gyumri branch of Armenian State University of Economics as a teacher of business law.

In 2016 worked at Shirak Regional Customs of the State Revenue Committee under the Government of the Republic of Armenia as a customs inspector-lawyer of the department for feessystematization and accounting.

 

2017-2018 worked at“Shirak State University named after M. Nalbandyan” Foundation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia as the head of the special department of legal service, preservation and archiving of documents, later the head of the department for legal support and management of personnel of the same foundation.

2018-2022 in the regional organization “Gyumri” of the Republican Party of Armenia as an organizer-coordinator.

 

Since 2010 a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.

2013-2014 Chairman of RОYouth Council “Gyumri-2” of ShirakTORPA.

2017-2018 Assistant to the Chairman of RОYouth Council “Gyumri-2” of ShirakTO RPA.

 

Since 2018 to present Deputy Chairman of RОYouth Council “Gyumri-2” of ShirakTO RPA.

In 2018 he was awarded the diploma of the Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia.

In 2021 he was elected as a member of the elders of the Gyumri community on the electoral list of the party of the Republic of Armenia.

 

Since January 24, 2022 a member of the Council of the Republican Party of Armenia.

Married,has got two children.
