Born in 1962 in the village of Chapar of Martakert region /Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast/.

1984-1992 – Martakert regional motorcade, worker, driver, storekeeper.
1990-1992 – Actively participated in Artsakh Liberation Movement.
1992-1996 – Stepanakert Agricultural technical school, technician-mechanic.
1996-1997 – Served in NKR Defense Army, Lieutenant.
1998 – Founded “Petak” Ltd.
1999-2001 – NKR Tax State Department, Operational Intelligence Department, Chief operative agent.
February 15, 2001 – Conferred the rank of major of NKR Tax Service.
2003- 2007 - Yerevan Financial-banking and Exchange University, Finance and Credits, Economist.
