1986-1996 – Mashtots Regional Executive Committee, housing production department - engineer. Since 1991 - deputy head of department.
1996-2001- Yerevan Municipality, Real Estate Management Department – specialist.

2003-2006 - Advisor to the Mayor of Yerevan.
2009-2011 - Advisor to the Mayor of Yerevan.
