Born on August 8, 1982, in Norgyux, Kotayk region.
1999 – Graduated with honors from the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Khachatur Abovyan, Department of History and Jurisprudence of the Faculty of History and Geography.
2004-2007 - Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Khachatur Abovyan, Chair of the Armenian History, post graduate.
2007 – Candidate of Historical Sciences.
2011 - Associate professor. He is the author of more than two dozen scientific publications.
2011 – Graduated from Moscow School of Political Studies under the Council of Europe.
Since 2007 – Lecturer at the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Khachatur Abovyan.
Since 2008 – Assistant to the rector of the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Khachatur Abovyan.
2008-2009 – RA Ministry of Diaspora, Head of the Department of Repatriation.
Since 2009 – Deputy head of the National Archive of Armenia.

Since 2015 – Dean of the Faculty of History and Jurisprudence of ASPU
Since 2002 – Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
2005 – 2008 – Head of the Students’ Council of the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Khachatur Abovyan.
Since 2002 – Chairman of the Ideological Commission of the RPA Youth Organization.
Since 2010 – Chairman of “Hayq” youth national-conservative union NGO.
2007 – Awarded Golden Medal of the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Khachatur Abovyan.
2008 – Awarded “Garegin Njdeh” Medal of the RA Ministry of Defense.
March 10, 2012 – Elected a member of the RPA Board in the RPA 13th Congress.
